Sustainability shaped every decision. The building envelope is highly insulated, airtight and features high-performance timber windows with triple glazing to reduce energy demand. A heat recovery mechanical ventilation system and durable materials ensure resilience and long-term efficiency.

Clad in long-lasting corrugated metal with timber accents, the exterior is robust yet sympathetic, echoing the vertical rhythm of the surrounding trunks.

Inside, locally sourced Red Beech & Douglas Fir create a warm and grounded interior, complementing the silver beech forest outside the windows.
