> FEASIBILITY STUDY

Reviewing site, budget and project possibilities.

> CONCEPT DESIGN 

Defining scope of work and creating client brief. Providing sketch plans and elevations, for review to define the overall building. Initial material selection.

> DEVELOPED DESIGN

Further defined plans, elevations and sections identifying the structure, materials and finishes. A Developed Design schedule of the materials and finishes will also be provided..These documents will provide the basis for the next stage. Documentation for Design Review board or Resource Consent if needed can be prepared at the end of this stage.

> DETAILED DESIGN 

Building Consent documentation including plans, elevations, sections, construction details and specification.

​

> PROCUREMENT 

Negotiation with a preferred contractor or a full tender process with several contractors.

​

> SITE OBSERVATION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION 

Site observation & administration with claim processing, site notes, photos and design directions if required.
